Ray Garcia brings over 20 of experience in technology management and strategy within large global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He has expertise in the research, development, and delivery of complex commercial software products to international clients. Most recently Ray collaborated with a team of researchers at the University of Arizona understanding the area of self-directed learning. The research findings will be the basis for a future commercial product which will be licensed from the University and is planned for release in ‘10.
