Chris manages Bank of America’s award-winning Small Business Online Community.

David D. Price is Senior Vice President and Executive in Residence in the Center for Future Banking at MIT Media Lab.
Previously David was the Customer Experience Executive of the Deposits Contact Centers (DCC), where he was responsible for driving the overall experience customers received when contacting DCC. These responsibilities include customer treatment by associates, as well as process improvement through problem tracking/trending and associate feedback portals.

Hans Schumacher is the Quantitative Operations Executive leading Modeling, Analysis, and Testing for Card Services and Small Business. Recently, he was appointed the Center for Future Banking Executive in Residence for Bank of America Card Services.

Prior to his current roles, Hans Schumacher was a Senior Technology Manager for Bank of America Enterprise Information and Analytics, where he supported the division’s Innovation and Information Delivery activities. As part of this role, Hans was instrumental in creating the Center for Future Banking.

Kelly Hewett

Market Information Manager

Kelly Hewett joined Bank of America in May 2008 after a 14-year career in academia and five years in marketing research. Most recently, she was at the University of South Carolina where she taught in the Moore School of Business. At Bank of America, Kelly works in the Customer Experience Marketing Research team, where she draws heavily on both her academic and professional research experience. Since joining BAC, Kelly has focused on synergizing research from sources across the bank, providing insights for the National Customer Experience Team and the CSBB Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs organizations. Drawing on her teaching experience, Kelly is also participating in the development of courses for the College of Marketing, housed within Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs, and will be teaching courses on marketing strategy and marketing research. In addition, Kelly has recently joined the BAC team working with the Center for Future Banking at MIT, and will be working with faculty and students in the media lab on projects related to banking issues.

Ken Jackowitz is the Cross Channel Growth Strategies Executive leading the sales integration and growth strategies across consumer banking center channels, technologies and products. His team is developing the next generation servicing process, the Interactive Customer Experience, which moves from product centric selling to collaborative relationship based solutions. As Executive in Residence at MIT, Ken is driving the research that will explore new ways to provide an interactive customer experience through new visual enhancements and customer identification technology in addition to investigating customized interactions by iris/identity, emotion and intention recognition.

He works on business development and strategy to determine Bank of America’s new business models and strategic approaches to consumer finance across the BAC enterprise, including emerging payments and mobile commerce initiatives. At MIT, Marc also advises the Next Billion effort to expand financial services via mobile telephony to the underserved both in the US and in the developing world.

Todd Inskeep

Executive in Residence

Todd brings unique qualifications to the role of Executive in residence for the Center for Future Banking. He brings more than 20 years experience in information security and Internet business and technology; ranging from secure radio and desktop systems at the National Security Agency (NSA) to security architecture and authentication strategy at Bank of America. Todd recently finished developing the new eCommerce/ATM strategy and will connect the strategy with the exciting new work with the CFB efforts at the Media Lab.
