Srini Nallasivan

Business Manager

Srini is a Senior Service Delivery Manager within the Center for Future Banking and is responsible for communications, engagement and management routines, infrastructure, talent management and intellectual property management within the CFB team.
 
Srini is Six Sigma Green Belt and has most recently led SDLC Technology Strategy for Investment Banking Technology at Bank of America. In that role, he was responsible for formulating the strategy on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in his group, a significant change effort impacting the way that processes and tools will be used across Business Technology Groups. Prior to this role, he supported Online Banking as a Delivery Manager supporting prioritization and sequencing project portfolio for e-commerce line of business. He joined the bank in 2005 to support the Six Sigma Process Excellence work with Global Anti-money laundering group
 
Prior to joining Bank of America, Srini worked in various capacities in networking space for a partner organization of Cisco Systems and for subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon. He has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from India, Masters degree in Network Management from Syracuse University and a Masters in Engineering and Management from School of Engineering and Sloan School at MIT. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and a Certified Wireless Engineer (CWNA). He is also a graduate of Frontline and Midline leadership colleges at Bank of America
