Who: Jeff Carter, Center for Future Banking Executive
What: A Look at Center for Future Banking - As a new financial services industry emerges, it will be shaped by two primary forces: the free market, through which the people of the country express their preferences…and the regulatory environment, through which our policy leaders exercise their appropriate oversight role. We will need to see a return to more of a savings culture. Consumers drive our economy, and will really need to take more control of their financial future. In our collaboration with MIT at the Center for Future Banking, we’re starting to gain some insight into how that will begin to play out.
When: June 22-24, 2009
Where: Chicago Marriott, Chicago, IL
